About this build

We build this dress boot on a standard D-width last with a 7 inch shaft and a smooth side zipper closure. The inner lift adds 2.8 inches of height beneath your heel, while the outer profile maintains a moderate 1 1/4 inch heel line. Genuine oxhide leather pairs with a full leather lining for steady daily wear.

Internal lift structure

The concealed lift adds 2.8 inches of height without altering the clean exterior line. It rests over a Goodyear welt base that stabilizes your step from heel strike to toe-off.

Oxhide leather upper

We cut the upper from rust brown oxhide leather shaped with a semi-round toe. The hide takes polish well and softens across the vamp with regular wear.

Side zipper closure

A full-length side zipper lets you pull the boot on and off without lacing. The 7 inch shaft hugs the lower calf to keep the collar trim under trouser cuffs.

Rubberized outer sole

The bottom features a rubberized sole paired with a 1 1/4 inch heel block. At 19 ounces per shoe in size 7.5 US, the construction remains lightweight on the bench.
