If a pair goes back
A pair that does not fit can usually go back. The mechanics belong to our retail partner, whose storefront handled your order in the first place.
The honest division of labour
We build the shoes and publish the specs. The partner sells them, and the partner's own returns policy decides windows, conditions and any money matters. That policy is printed on the listing you ordered from and in your order confirmation. We cannot promise anything on the partner's behalf here.
Starting a return
Open the returns section of the partner's storefront from your order confirmation and follow it. The process runs without us, and involving the fit desk does not speed it up.
Before the pair goes back
If the problem is fit rather than the shoe itself, a letter to the fit desk before you send anything can save a round trip. About half of sizing reviewers on our lasts lean toward taking a half size up, and swapping to the right size beats giving up on a build you otherwise liked.
