What to put in the letter

• Sizing questions: name the model and your usual US size, and say whether you run wide. Our fit and sizing note covers the general pattern, but model-level questions get model-level answers.
• Spec questions: if a measurement you need is missing from a page, ask. If we have it on the bench sheet, we add it to the page.
• Mistakes on the site: a wrong number or a dead link. Point at the page, we fix it.

What we cannot help with by letter

Order status, payment and delivery questions belong to our retail partner, since the order lives in the partner's system from the moment you place it. Your order confirmation has the right links for that.

Paper mail

Letters on paper reach the same fit desk, just slower than email:

One thing this address is not: a store. There is no counter, nothing to try on, and nowhere for a parcel to go. A pair going back travels to our retail partner along the route printed in your order confirmation, never here.
