Short version: the order you place from the price button travels entirely through our retail partner, and the partner's own storefront is the source of truth for anything about your parcel.

Where your order lives

This site is a catalogue with spec sheets. Pressing the price button takes you to the partner's listing, and from there the cart, the payment and the delivery all run on the partner's side under the partner's terms.

Delivery timing and costs

Both are set by the partner at the moment you order, and both vary by region and by listing. The checkout screen shows the real numbers for your address before you pay. We do not quote timing or costs here, because a figure printed on this page could contradict what the partner actually offers you.

Following a parcel

Everything about a parcel on its way lives in the partner's order system, reachable from your order confirmation. We have no window into it, so the confirmation email will always know more than we do.
