About this build

We build this low-top walker on our standard D-width last, pairing micro-perforated ivory suede with a classic gum sole. The internal structure adds 2.6 inches without changing the flat profile outside. Full leather lining keeps the interior smooth, while cement construction keeps the pair light at 17 ounces.

Internal lift stack

The layered build inside adds 2.6 inches of height. We seat the lift directly beneath the insole and slope it forward, leaving the outer 1 inch heel and standard low-top collar looking conventional.

Perforated suede upper

We cut the upper from ivory oxhide suede and punch micro-perforations through the vamp and quarter panels. The nap breaks in quickly, softening across the forefoot as the shoe flexes.

Leather lining and collar

Smooth leather lines the entire interior, from the reinforced heel cup to the toe box. It reduces friction against socks, making the low-top cut comfortable for all-day walking.

Gum rubber outsole

The rubberized cupsole features a gum tread bonded to a white sidewall via cement construction. It grips pavement reliably, absorbing sidewalk impact while maintaining a lightweight 17 ounce build.
