About this build

We built this low-top runner with a 2.8 inch lift hidden entirely inside the frame. The black mesh upper keeps the overall weight down to roughly 10 ounces per shoe. A padded cloth lining cushions the collar, while the 1 inch outer heel maintains an ordinary sneaker profile on the street.

Internal 2.8 inch lift

The layered lift system rests under the insole to add 2.8 inches of height. We shape the heel pocket deep enough to secure the foot firmly so the shoe does not slip during normal stride.

Breathable mesh upper

A soft knit mesh body allows steady airflow across the foot. We weave red accents through the black base to give the shoe a clean running silhouette that flexes easily as you walk.

Lightweight rubberized sole

Cement construction bonds the knit upper directly to a flexible rubberized bottom. The sole absorbs daily pavement contact without dragging down the weight, keeping each shoe near 10 ounces.

Lined interior and fit

A cloth inner lining wraps the footbed and tongue for immediate step-in comfort. Built on our standard medium D last, this men's sneaker pairs a low outer profile with a 5 and 3/4 inch total shaft.
