About this build

Soft grey nubuck shapes the upper of this lace-up chukka boot. We built a 2.6 inch height increase into the interior, sitting above a 1 inch exterior heel and white sole. Goodyear welt stitching binds the upper to the bottom components, keeping the build sturdy without weighing down your foot.

Internal lift structure

The hidden lift core gives you 2.6 inches of height without altering the clean profile of the 6 inch shaft. The heel counter wraps the lift securely so your heel stays planted through normal walking.

Grey nubuck upper

We cut the upper from brushed grey nubuck that shows a fine nap. Tonal stitching lines the quarters, while standard eyelets and matching laces keep tension distributed evenly over the top of your foot.

Goodyear welt build

A perimeter welt stitch secures the upper and sole together for long-term wear. This traditional method permits future resoling once the white bottom wears down, extending the working life of the leather uppers.

Lightweight boot chassis

At 15 ounces per shoe, this boot remains nimble on the pavement. The white outsole adds a pale contrast against the grey suede finish while absorbing direct impact from daily steps.
