About this build

We built this grey trainer on a 6 inch shaft to house a full 3.4 inch height increase cleanly inside the heel cup. The upper combines breathable mesh with synthetic overlays, reinforced by double stitching along high-wear seams. At 15 ounces for a US size 7.5, it keeps weight down for all-day wear.

Internal lift structure

The hidden rise adds 3.4 inches through a layered internal footbed. We shape the heel cup deep within the 6 inch shaft to seat the rearfoot naturally without crowding the toe box.

Mesh and synthetic upper

Grey mesh underlays allow airflow across the vamp and quarter panels. Synthetic overlays frame the lace cage and counter, fastened with double stitching to hold shape across repeat bending.

Cemented rubberized outsole

A cemented synthetic rubberized sole provides traction underfoot while absorbing pavement contact. The outer heel sits at 1 1/2 inches to preserve a balanced, standard athletic profile.

Lace closure and fit

Standard lacing lets you cinch the midfoot snugly over the instep. This holds the heel down against the internal lift during movement, preventing slip inside our men's trainer last.
