About this build

We build this runner on a lightweight rubberized sole with an internal lift that adds 2.4 inches. The black knit upper flexes with the foot and keeps total weight to 15 ounces in a sample size 7.5. It laces up like a standard low-profile sneaker.

Internal lift build

The internal midsole system adds 2.4 inches of height inside the shoe. It sits under the heel cup so the exterior reads as a regular athletic shoe with a 2 inch heel profile.

Breathable knit upper

Black knit fabric forms the entire upper, keeping the shoe pliable and well ventilated. Cement construction bonds the knit firmly to the sole unit for reliable everyday wear.

Ground measurements

Measured from the ground up, the shaft stands at 5 1/2 inches. The heel measures 2 inches on the outside, proportioned cleanly against the low-top sneaker collar.

Rubberized outsole
