About this build

We build this low-top lace-up with an oxhide upper finished in Deep Espresso and line the interior fully in leather. The internal lift adds 2.6 inches while keeping the external profile low to the ground. A rubberized sole provides steady traction underfoot.

Internal 2.6 inch lift

We layer the full 2.6 inch lift stack inside the footbed, pairing it with an external one inch heel. The low 4 3/4 inch shaft maintains the clean profile of a traditional low-top walker.

Deep Espresso oxhide

The upper is cut from smooth oxhide finished in Deep Espresso. Inside, we line the shoe with smooth leather to reduce friction and allow the leather to shape around your foot as it breaks in.

Cement construction

We assemble the upper to the rubberized sole using standard cement construction. This keeps the build compact and maintains a weight of 18 ounces based on a men's size 7.5.

Fit and width

We cut this pair on a standard D width last across US men's sizes 6 through 10. The lace-up closure lets you pull the oxhide quarters snugly against the tongue.
