About this build

We build this casual men's oxford on a stitched Goodyear welt with a one piece rubber sole. The grey nubuck leather upper pairs with a thin-padded collar and reinforced heel counter. Inside, our hidden lift stack adds 2.8 inches of height while preserving the classic low-profile dress shoe line.

Internal lift build

Our layered interior midsole adds 2.8 inches of height. The lift sits flat beneath the footbed, keeping your foot seated naturally within the 5 inch shaft without altering the shoe exterior lines.

Nubuck leather upper

We craft the upper from grey nubuck leather with clean seam-tracing details. The leather softens as it breaks in to your stride. Wipe clean with a dry cloth and store on cedar shoe trees.

Goodyear welted sole

The one piece rubber outsole is stitched directly to the upper with traditional Goodyear welt construction. It provides dependable ground contact and weighs approximately 18 ounces based on a men's size 7.5 US.

Collar and heel counter

A thin-padded collar cushions the entry while the reinforced counter keeps the back of the shoe stiff. Standard lace-up closure lets you tighten the fit evenly across the bridge.
