About this build

We build this laceless cap toe on a classic dress last with dual buckled straps. The internal lift adds 2.8 inches without altering the outer line of the shoe. Black genuine leather uppers sit over a full leather lining and a stitched rubberized bottom for steady wear.

Double monk strap closure

Two metal buckles fasten the cross straps over the vamp. You get the fitted hold of a dress oxford with the ease of a slip on pattern.

Hidden 2.8 inch lift

The full 2.8 inch elevation is integrated into the footbed and midsole. From the outside, the shoe shows a standard 1 1/4 inch heel profile.

Goodyear welt build

We stitch the soft leather upper to the rubberized bottom using Goodyear welt construction. This creates a solid base that holds its structure through repeated resoling.
