About this build

We build this round-toe work boot from heavy black oxhide stitched with a Goodyear welt to a composite rubberized sole. Inside, an integrated lift adds 3.3 inches of height from the heel out to the midsole. The seven and a half inch shaft wraps the ankle firmly, finished with a full leather lining and an external pull tab.

Integrated 3.3 inch lift

The full riser sits inside the tall shaft rather than under an exposed block heel. It adds 3.3 inches across the footbed, tapering forward so the pitch feels balanced as you walk throughout the day.

Goodyear welt build

We stitch the black oxhide upper directly to the welt and composite rubberized sole. This method gives the boot a tough base that flexes naturally with use and resists hard wear on coarse ground.

Genuine oxhide upper

The thick hide holds a round toe shape and softens over time around the lace line. A full leather inner lining keeps the interior smooth, while the pull tab helps you slip the boot on quickly.

Work boot profile

A visible outer heel of one and a quarter inches anchors the thick composite tread. The seven and a half inch shaft covers the inner lift cleanly, matching the proportions of a standard work boot.
