About this build

We build this slip-on on a lightweight chassis that weighs approximately 14 ounces in size 7.5. The black one-piece knit upper keeps the profile lean while housing our full 2.4 inch internal lift stack. It pairs a clean dress front with the ease of an elasticated collar.

Lift and heel geometry

An internal riser works with the 1 1/4 inch visible heel to provide 2.4 inches of total height. The four and three quarter inch shaft keeps the heel seat anchored firmly inside the back counter.

Knit upper construction

The upper is woven in one continuous black knit piece with a matching knit lining. It pulls directly onto the foot without traditional lacing, adapting across the instep while maintaining standard D width volume.

Rubberized welted outsole

A black synthetic rubberized sole is attached with welt construction around the perimeter. The compound flexes easily under the ball of the foot and dampens pavement impact during full work shifts.

Care and maintenance

Brush the knit clean with a soft dry bristle brush to remove surface dust. Store with cedar shoe trees to preserve the low-top collar shape and keep the woven front smooth between wears.

They give you the little extra boost in height which is nice. These are sweet and smooth looking shoes. Versatile with casual or formal clothes. Nice snug fit, but you should wear the thinner dress socks with these shoes. Incredibly, they make walking up-hill easier. It will take a little getting used to, but it is worth it.
