About this build

We built this full length drop-in insole to add 0.8 inches of height inside footwear you already own. The injection molded base uses solid EVA construction to keep the pair at 3 ounces. A breathable grey mesh top layer covers the surface to manage moisture during regular wear.

Internal lift profile

The full length profile adds 0.8 inches underfoot. It tapers forward from a raised heel platform to sit flat along the interior floor of standard medium width footwear.

Injection molded base

We use lightweight injection molded EVA for the underside construction. The material holds its structural shape under body weight while keeping the overall insert weight down to 3 ounces.

Moisture wicking mesh

The top surface is finished with a grey breathable fabric cover. This mesh layer wicks moisture away from the foot surface throughout regular daily use.

Deep heel cup

A shaped heel cup centers the back of the foot over the internal lift stack. You can trim the toe edge with standard shears to match your shoe size.

They're firm, yet springy and solved my problem... At 6'2+", I'm not short. The problem was the hard leather sides on my beloved Merrell clogs were chafing scabs onto my ankle bones! These comfortable inserts put my ankle bones out of reach, above the slip on clogs side leather. Yay!, I can keep my clogs! 'Course, now I gotta duck for ceiling fans...😉 firm, yet springy, they don't flatten out. A little bit narrow for my size 13.5 feet, but ok.
